We target under-developed, underutilized, and underperforming properties in great locations where we can create significant returns with our real estate expertise and hands-on approach. We believe good things happen to good real estate over time. We prefer to execute our near-term value creation plan and hold long-term for additional appreciation, cash flow, and select optimal timing and market conditions for disposing of each property.
